At Overseas Teams we provide virtual assistant services a little differently. We took all the pain points from our own VA hiring experiences and removed them to create a service that offers the benefits of hiring a VA without the pain and risk of sourcing and managing your own overseas team. 

Put simply, we help you find the perfect candidate for your business, who then become your employee, not ours! This means you work one on one with your staff member without the need for us to be the middle man. They work in your time zone, use your systems and workflows, and absorb your company culture.


We then help to manage and report on your staff member, while taking care of all HR tasks associated with overseas hiring (including international HR laws, local HR customs, co-ordinating local HR benefits, foreign currency conversion, international transactions fees, just to name a few).
