Custom Skilled VA

If you're looking for someone in a field not listed above or with a specific set of skills, our custom skilled VA service is for you. After a one-on-one chat with you to determine your specific business needs, we'll recruit someone with the experience and skill set you're looking for. This service is custom quoted based on the industry and skill level you require, but you'll always get an estimate before we start recruiting to see if it's going to work for your needs.

Our service is much more than just recruitment and your fee gets you much more than just your VA's salary. Think of us as your very own HR team to manage your overseas staff.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT

We engage with your staff member weekly and report back on their ongoing tasks and any roadblocks they may be having.

We can also assist you with any disciplinary issues and can deal with any off-boarding or rehiring if and when required.
